Rare “Yeti” Rocking Chair designed by Mario Scheichenbauer for Elam, Italy, 1970s. The frame is hand-crafted from solid oak and designed to rock in a gentle, fluid motion. Resting atop the wooden structure is the chair’s defining feature: the stylised Yeti cushion. This cushion has been newly re-upholstered in a high-quality faux-fur fabric that remains faithful to the original design. A highly sought-after example of 20th-century Italian furniture.
